Before you pile into your truck to take the back roads to the Canadian Tire Centre for Country Night at the Ottawa Senators game, remember to have a new, unwrapped toy in your boots. Pure Country 94 is presenting Country Night on Thursday as the Ottawa Senators take on the New York Rangers, and you can help contribute to the CTV and MOVE 100 Toy Mountain Campaign. Staff will be collecting donations of cash and new, unwrapped toys at the gates leading into the CTC ahead of the 7 p.m. puck drop. Each year Toy Mountain provides more than 23,000 children with toys, to ensure no child goes without a gift to open on Christmas morning. Country Night features intermission performances by Canadian country music singer Sacha. The Senators are on home ice first time since mid-November after a seven-game road trip that ended with a 5-2 win over the Montreal Canadiens. The Rangers are coming off a 3-2 overtime win against the Dallas Stars.
