OPP looking for 3 stolen sleds in Markstay

Police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a person(s) of interest and the theft of three snowmachines from a property on Highway 535N, Markstay-Warren between Aug. 10 and Aug. 27. Ontario Provincial Police say they are looking for help from the public to track down three stolen snowmobiles and the person or persons behind the thefts.

Officers responded to a theft from a property on Highway 535N in Markstay-Warren, police said in a news release Monday.

“An unknown individual(s) attended the property sometime between August 10 and August 27, 2026, and removed three snowmachines along with ice fishing gear from the property,” OPP said.

Police describe the sleds as the following:

• Grey 2023 Skidoo Renegade XRS 850
• Black 2023 Skidoo Expedition 900
• Tan 2024 Skidoo Summit 850
