Update: As part of Premier Doug Ford's second cabinet minister shuffle, MPP Vic Fedeli becomes the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation, and Trade. He has served as Ontario's Finance Minister since the Progressive Conservatives won a majority government last year. MPP Lisa MacLeod has been shuffled to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Sport. She has previously served as Minister of Children, Community and Social Services and faced harsh criticism for changes to Ontario's autism services funding. Ford's Minister of Education, Lisa Thompson, has been reassigned to Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. She has also faced criticism for the changes the Ministry of Education has made under her direction. A new addition to the cabinet is Sault Ste. Marie MPP Ross Romano. He has been assigned to the Ministry of Colleges, Training, and Universities. Original: Ontario Premier Doug Ford is expected to announce his second cabinet shuffle since being elected last year.
