List of 37 accused in Laval corruption case

On Thursday morning UPAC arrested 37 people on a litany of charges including fraud, corruption, money laundering and gangsterism.

All are accused of conspiring to defraud the citizens of Laval by scheming to control construction contracts in the city of Laval.
