An early morning diesel spill has forced the partial closure of northbound Highway 13 on Tuesday. According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the incident happened at 3:45 a.m., causing fuel to spill onto the road near the westbound Highway 20 ramp. As a result, two of the three lanes on Highway 13 are closed for an indefinite period of time to clean up. There were no reported injuries.
