The Montreal Canadiens will honour their former goaltender Carey Price on Nov. 10, some 24 hours after the British Columbian is inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame. When he is inducted in Toronto on Nov. 9, 2026, Price will become the 62nd member of the Montreal organization to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. On Nov. 10, his name will be added to the Bell Centre’s Ring of Honour during an on-ice ceremony. Price was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame last June, in his second year of eligibility. The former Habs No. 31 spent all 15 of his NHL seasons in Montreal, appearing in 712 matches. During those matches, he set team records for the number of games played and wins, with 361. The goalie, who ended his career with a goals-against average of 2.51 and a save percentage of .917, won the Hart, Vezina and Ted Lindsay trophies, as well as sharing the Jennings Trophy in 2015 and winning the Masterton Trophy in 2022. Price was also selected seven times for the NHL All-Star Game. On the international stage, he won gold for Canada at the 2017 World Junior Championships and at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
