Four men have been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that occurred early Saturday morning in the Sainte-Foy neighborhood of Québec City. At approximately 3:58 a.m., Québec City Police Department (SPVQ) received a 911 call reporting a fight involving several individuals outside a business located near Nérée-Tremblay Avenue, according to a SPVQ press release. Officers located a victim when they arrived on the scene. The man was transported to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. A few minutes later, a second 911 call was received reporting a gunshot. Officers already in the area located and arrested four men between the ages of 17 and 25. A firearm was seized. The suspects will be interviewed by investigators and they are expected to appear in court at a later date via videoconference. The investigation is ongoing.
