A man has died after being struck by a vehicle in London Monday morning. London police say emergency crews were called to Hale Street, between Hamilton Road and Ellsworth Crescent, shortly after 7 a.m. for a report of a pedestrian being struck. The adult male was taken to hospital with injuries but later died. Police say although the investigation remains in its early stages, video surveillance was obtained, and officers determined that the pedestrian had been struck by a motor vehicle. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. The area was closed to traffic while emergency crews responded to the collision and police investigated. Roads have since reopened.
