Thames Centre firefighters were busy Tuesday morning as they were called to a blaze outside Dorchester. Crews said they found flames and heavy smoke coming from an upstairs bedroom. The fire was quickly knocked out and the four people inside escaped. All were checked by paramedics. No cause was provided, but damage is an estimated $300,000.
