The Guelph Police Service is investigating a series of thefts that happened over the weekend. On Saturday, someone living on Kortright Road East said his white 2024 Wrangler Rubicon has been taken from his driveway overnight. A security camera caught two people opening the vehicle’s hood before driving away with it. Shortly after, another resident who lives in the Harts Lane East and Bathgate Drive area also reached out to police to say her white 2024 Wrangler Rubicon had been stolen overnight. A third person, who lives near MacAlister Boulevard and Ambrous Crescent, said her pink 2024 Wrangler was taken from her driveway. It was later found in Mississauga. Police are also investigating the theft of a black 2024 Honda Civic that was stolen from a house near Clair Road East and Dallan Drive. Investigators do not know if the thefts are connected, but anyone with more information is urged to reach out.
