Police are investigating a strange incident in Guelph where a woman allegedly assaulted a stranger and then showed him her genitals. Guelph Police Service officers were called to the Nottingham Street and Dublin Street South area on Saturday around 8:30 p.m. The caller told police he had been working in his driveway when he heard a woman yelling and swearing as she walked down the street. The woman reportedly approached the man and stomped on his sunglasses, which had been on the ground, and then bumped into him as she walked into his backyard. The man called 911, but while he was speaking with police, the woman lifted her dress and exposed her genitals. Police arrested a 51-year-old Guelph woman and charged her with assault, mischief under $5,000, committing an indecent act and causing a disturbance.
