Guelph Police have arrested a 15-year-old girl who they say pepper sprayed another teen at a downtown parkade. The incident happened around 4 p.m. on Aug. 30. “The complainant said a group of teens had gathered and were talking when he was confronted by a girl about an earlier incident,” police wrote in a media release. “He said he was kicked while sitting down and when he tried to leave the girl followed and sprayed him in the face.” The girl was taken into custody on Thursday morning. Police said she was charged with administering a noxious substance, possession of a weapon and assault with a weapon.
