Waterloo man arrested for alleged sexual assault and indecent act

Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a man wanted for an alleged sexual assault.

On Tuesday afternoon, an unknown male was seen looking into the window of a home on Bricker Avenue. He also reportedly performed an indecent act.

Just after 3:00 p.m., the male approached a person on the sidewalk and sexually assaulted them.

Police released a photo of the suspect on Wednesday.

The next day, they removed that image and announced they had arrested a 25-year-old Waterloo man.

He was charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of an indecent act.
