A man from Vaughan has been charged as police investigate a complaint about unfinished home repairs and renovations in Paris, Ont. Ontario Provincial Police investigators said representatives of a company known as EcoGuard Contractors went to the home in Paris and offered unsolicited renovation services. The homeowner said they paid for the work, but the repairs were never completed. On Tuesday, officers charged a 23-year-old from Vaughan with fraud over $5,000.
