A 14-year-old is facing several charges after the police were tipped off about dangerous behaviour on the roads. The Ontario Provincial Police got a call from a concerned citizen around 10:45 a.m. on Aug 27. Police were told youths were using “dirt bikes” to perform stunts in Scotland, Ont. Officers charged a 14-year-old with unlawfully driving an off road vehicle on the highway, failure to identify self, operating a motor vehicle without a licence and performing stunts.
