Multiple buildings at London’s Fanshawe College were evacuated Tuesday after an electrical transformer reportedly began emitting smoke. Spokesperson Elaine Gamble said a precautionary decision was made to evacuate F, G, H, L and K buildings for staff and students. Signs were posted on multiple doors of connecting and adjacent buildings. The buildings remain closed. London Hydro crews remain on scene.
