The Waterloo Regional Police Service says two deaths in Kitchener are not considered suspicious. Officers were called to Victoria Park around 8 a.m. Wednesday for a sudden death investigation after a body was found. “The death is not considered suspicious at this time and our General Investigations Unit is assisting the Office of the Chief Coroner,” Const. Melissa Quarrie, Waterloo Regional Police Service public information officer, said in an email. Police were called to another, separate incident, near Highway 8 and Fairway Road South on Wednesday afternoon. That death is also not considered suspicious, and police are no longer investigating.
