The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a man after he found himself flipped over in a ditch on the side of a highway. The incident, a single vehicle collision, happened Sunday around 5 a.m. on Highway 6 near Caudle Side Road. An investigation found the vehicle had left the road and overturned in the ditch. Officers spoke with the driver and believed he was impaired, which was confirmed by further investigation, leading to his arrest. A 58-year-old Owen Sound man was charged with operation while impaired and dangerous operation.
