A man has been arrested for committing an indecent act and sexual assault in Kitchener. The Waterloo Regional Police Service said they received reports of a man committing an unspecified indecent act on Thursday around 8:15 a.m. in the King Street East and Eby Street area. Police were also told he was chasing and grabbing children until a female passerby stepped in. That passerby was allegedly sexually assaulted by the man. The 26-year-old was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act, criminal harassment and sexual assault.
