Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a man following a harassment incident in Cambridge. According to police, the incident took place near Brierdale Road and Champlain Boulevard Tuesday around 10:50 p.m., where officers followed up on reports of a male looking into the windows of a home in the area. The man was arrested once police arrived on scene. Investigators believe the incident was targeted. A 65-year-old Cambridge man was charged with criminal harassment and voyeurism.
