Edmonton police will be conducting a live simulated training exercise at the University of Alberta’s North Campus Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drivers, pedestrians and cyclists in the area may expect delays navigating campus during the exercise. Emergency response personnel, vehicles and equipment may be visible outside of the training hours. There will be signage indicating areas of the campus that will be inaccessible. Police are asking the public to follow the direction of onsite personnel. The training falls on the university’s term reading week.
