Oilers vs. Ducks Round 1 playoff schedule confirmed

The Edmonton Oilers will face the Anaheim Ducks in Round 1 of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

With a 6-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks Thursday in Edmonton, the Oilers’ first-round playoff schedule has been finalized.

Edmonton will host the Pacific Division’s third-place Anaheim Ducks for the first two games on April 20 and April 22.

Anaheim will host Games 3 and 4 on April 24 and 26.

The first three games will start at 8 p.m. MT, while the fourth will start at 7:30 p.m. MT.

If needed, Games 5, 6 and 7 will happen on April 28, April 30 and May 2, with Edmonton hosting the alternating schedule first. The times of those games have not yet been decided.

This is Edmonton’s seventh-consecutive playoff run.
