The fire that damaged three homes under construction in south Edmonton on Wednesday was deliberately said, police confirmed. Fire crews responded to a house fire in the Cavanagh neighbourhood just after 5 a.m. Two other homes were affected by the fire. Investigators said the fire was deliberately set and estimated the damage at $600,000. EPS is investigating.
