Daniel Caesar announces tour with a stop in Edmonton Aug. 13

Canadian R&B star Daniel Caesar will perform in Edmonton later this year as part of his newly announced tour.

In support of his new album Son of Spergy, Canadian singer-songwriter Daniel Caesar has announced his first headline international arena tour with a stop in Edmonton.

Accompanied by 070 Shake, Caesar will be performing at Rogers Place on Aug. 13.

Presales for the North American leg of the tour go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m. local time with regular ticket sales available Friday.

Caesar received the International Achievement Award at the Juno’s Sunday as well as Best Contemporary R&B Recording of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.

The tour will also have stops in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.
