Edmonton Fire Rescue Services (EFRS) is investigating the cause of an early morning fire in the Wîhkwêntôwin area that broke out just after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. Crews arrived on scene at 6:38 a.m., shortly after getting the call about an apartment fire at 103 Avenue and 123 Street. The fire was brought under control and declared out just before 7 a.m.. According to EFRS, there were no reports of injuries. A CTV News Edmonton photographer was on scene as crews were packing up and said there were no signs of external damage to the building.
