Police seeking public help identifying suspect in Genesis Centre theft of audiovisual equipment

Police are asking for public assistance to identify a suspect from an incident that took place at the Genesis Centre on March 15

Calgary police are asking for public assistance to identify a suspect believed to be involved in a theft of $20,000 worth of audiovisual equipment.

On March1 5 at around 1 p.m., police believe a man walked into the Genesis Centre at 7555 Falconridge Blvd. N.E. where he allegedly accessed a media room and removed the equipment.

The suspect then fled the scene, carrying a pink and white bag.

The suspect is described as around 5′8″ tall with a slim build and dark facial hair. Police say he was wearing a black toque, a black hoodie and black leather jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
