A mobile mammography trailer is coming to Langdon, Alta., for three days later this month. Primary Care Alberta (PCA) says it’ll be in the Save-On-Foods parking lot Oct. 29 through 31, providing free screenings. Though there’s no cost, PCA says those interested must make an appointment. PCA is encouraging those who are eligible to do so. “Screening mammograms are the best way to find breast cancer early when treatment may work better,” PCA said in a release issued Thursday. “Getting screened for breast cancer saves lives.” Appointments can be booked by calling 1-800-667-0604.
