A Lethbridge woman is celebrating after winning $196,914 playing Poker Lotto and All In. Nikki Coker was checking her ticket at a gas station when her win caught the attention of everyone in the store. “It was instant. The cashier screamed, and I was thinking, ‘Why are you shouting?’” Coker said. Coker said she was on the phone with her sister and initially struggled to understand what was happening. The cashier then invited her behind the counter to take a closer look at the ticket. “My sister was on the phone, and the cashier said for me to go around the computer and look at it. I was excited, but it was that ‘Is this real?’ feeling,” Coker said. Coker said she plans to use the winnings to take care of her children. She purchased the winning ticket at the Petro-Canada at 535 6th Avenue in Lethbridge.
