This year’s Lethbridge Police Service Run is heading to a virtual format. Race organizers say construction is affecting the usual finish line, which has forced the annual run to go virtual. Runners can select five kilometres, 10 kilometres or a half marathon to run on their own time and route. The annual run is a fundraiser for Special Olympics Alberta to help athletes take part in competitions across the province. A wrap up party is still planeed on Sept. 19 at the Elks Compound in the river valley.
