Flames tore through a northeast home this afternoon, leaving extensive damage. Fire crews were called to the community of Martindale just before 1:30 p.m. They were met with heavy smoke and flames coming through the roof of the house on Martinbrook Link. Fire crews extinguished the flames but not before significant damage was done to the residence. It’s not clear if anyone was home at the time.
