Alberta RCMP believe the same man is responsible for a series of armed robberies that all took place in the last week. The first robbery was at the Scotiabank in downtown Red Deer on Thursday, Sept. 25, the second was at the Servus Credit Union on Main Street South in Airdrie on Saturday, Sept. 27 and the third was at the Bow Valley Credit Union in Banff on Wednesday, Oct. 1. In all three cases, the suspect entered the building with a gun, demanding money. In each case, the suspect wore a jacket and concealed his face with a blue surgical mask.
