6-year-old child in stable condition after being struck by vehicle in northeast Calgary: CPS

An investigation is underway in connection with a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian.

Police say they responded Wednesday night to the 50 block of Tarawood Road N.E. for reports of a vehicle striking a six-year-old child.

The child was transported to Alberta Children’s Hospital in stable condition with undetermined injuries.

The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
