Emergency Health Services assessed 15 people on the scene of a warehouse fire in a northeast Calgary industrial area. No one was transported to hospital. The fire department says people in adjacent businesses all got out safely and no one was hurt. The fire was spotted around noon Sunday in the 3100 block of 14 Avenue Northeast. When firefighters arrived, there was significant smoke coming from a two-storey building and called a second alarm because of the size of the building and concerns about hazardous materials inside. The investigation into what sparked the fire is underway.
