CALGARY — Keyera Corp. reported a higher profit of $308 million in its latest quarter and raised its quarterly dividend by over four per cent. The company says the profit amounted to $1.19 per share for the quarter ended June 30, compared with a profit of $126.5 million or 55 cents per share in the second quarter of 2025. Distributable cash flow per share amounted to 25 cents, up from 69 cents per share a year earlier. On an adjusted basis, the company reported a profit of $267 million before deductions in the second quarter, up from $252 million a year ago. Keyera raised its quarterly dividend by 4.17 per cent from 54 cents to 56.25 cents per common share. Keyera closed two deals, acquiring Plains’ Canadian NGL business and the remaining stake in KAPS in the second quarter, which CEO Dean Setoguchi says established a strong foundation for long-term growth.
