According to Canadians For Affordable Energy, fuel prices are expected to change in Barrie. The price of diesel is expected to rise by two cents on Friday. On Thursday, diesel was 247.9 per litre but as of Friday, it is expected to reach 249.9 per litre. Meanwhile, the price of regular gasoline remains largely unchanged. Gasoline did see a small increase between Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday, the average price of gas in Barrie was 184.9, which then went up to 185.9 on Thurday. However, as of Friday, gas prices are expected to hold steady. Premium gas also remains unchanged from Thursday, at 215.9 cents per litre.
