For one Bradford man, an alleged third attempt at theft would prove to be his last before police caught up to him. South Simcoe police responded to a call for a theft in progress on Saturday in Bradford West Gwillimbury. Police say they were quick to catch the suspect, but during the investigation, officers connected the man to two more retail theft incidents in Bradford on the same day. The 23-year-old suspect now faces two counts of theft under $5,000 and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
