A fire that broke out early Sunday morning is now being investigated as suspicious. Wasaga Beach Fire and Emergency Services, along with Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), and Simcoe County Paramedics were called to the scene at 936 Mosley Street on Sunday at approximately 3:30 a.m., where they say the structure was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. Officials confirm to CTV News that no one was inside the building at the time, and no injuries have been reported. The property has now been deemed a total loss, estimated at $150,000. The OPP is now describing the incident as suspicious, confirming it remains an active investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
