Police are still looking for the driver involved a fatal collision, one year later. Questions remain about who was involved in the 2025 collision in New Tecumseth that killed a young man. According to Nottawasaga OPP, the collision happened on Sunday, Aug. 24 around 1:30 a.m. RELATED: Police investigating fatal crash in New Tecumseth, Ont. Police say 23-year-old Jordon Cole was walking alone on the 13th Line near Adjala-Tecumseth Townline when he was struck by a car. Cole was pronounced dead on scene, police say. OPP are now on the lookout for a 2020 to 2025 model Ford Escape. Police claim the vehicle fled the scene, leaving behind only a right rear air deflector. Police are encouraging the driver to come forward, as they are to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or have security or dashcam footage of it.
