For Barrie residents, much of the rain and the cloud cover are gone, but on Wednesday, residents can expect fluctuating winds. According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), a northwesterly wind is expected to push in through the city. The environment agency says winds are expected to range from a more moderate 30 km/h up to a possible 50 km/h. The wind speed is predicted to slow down into the evening hours. Residents can expect a daytime high of 23 degrees and a low of 15.
