A man and woman have been charged after police allegedly seized drugs from them in Oyster Bed Bridge, P.E.I. Charlottetown police conducted a targeted traffic stop on July 5 where they seized 62 grams of cocaine, more than $2,500 in cash, cellphones and other items “consistent with drug trafficking,” according to a news release. As a result of the investigation, Robert Scharman, 41, has been charged with: Samantha Beer, 30, has also been charged with: Both were remanded into custody and are set to appear in court on Thursday.
