Pictou County man wanted on provincewide warrant arrested

The Nova Scotia RCMP says a wanted man from Pictou County has been arrested.

Police said Thursday they were looking for Steven Michael Lawrence, who was wanted on a provincewide warrant.

The 32-year-old is facing the following charges:

• theft of motor vehicle
• failure to comply with a release order (two counts)

In an update Friday, the RCMP said the Plymouth man has been found and arrested.

They did not release any details about his arrest.
