Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB) has announced a series of overnight closures for the Macdonald Bridge. The bridge will be closed to motorists from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on: The bridge will still be open to pedestrians and cyclists during the above times. “These overnight closures will allow crews to continue replacing the Lane Control Sign gantries and complete other important maintenance work,” reads a post on HHB’s Facebook page. Motorists are being told to use the MacKay Bridge or other alternate routes during the closures and to allow for extra travel time. For more Nova Scotia news, visit our dedicated provincial page
