Highway 401 westbound closed in Oshawa following crash

Police are investigating a collision on Highway 401 westbound in Oshawa. (Chopper 24)

The westbound lanes of Highway 401 are closed in Oshawa following a two-vehicle collision.

Ontario Provincial Police say the closure is between Highway 418 and Harmony Road.

The crash happened just before 4 p.m.

Police say at least one person has been taken to the hospital. There is no immediate word on their condition.
