A 67-year-old man from Church Point, N.S., has been charged with criminal harassment. The charge comes after the Meteghan RCMP Detachment received a complaint of repeated unwanted contact on Friday. “Investigators learned a man contacted a woman by attending places, including her workplace, numerous times over a three-month period,” reads a news release from RCMP. Police located and arrested Eric David Thibault around 9 p.m. that night. He has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment and failure to comply with order. Thibault has been remanded into custody pending a court appearance on Thursday in Digby provincial court. For more Nova Scotia news, visit our dedicated provincial page
