Lenny Kravitz to play Halifax festival this summer

Grammy Award–winning artist Lenny Kravitz has been announced as the headliner for night two of the 2025 Halifax Music Fest.

Kravitz – known for hits like “Fly Away” and “Are You Gonna Go My Way” and “It Ain’t Over ‘Till It’s Over” – will headline the second night of the event at the Garrison Grounds on June 28.

Canadian singer-songwriters Amanda Marshall and Terra Lightfoot are also on the lineup for night two, with one more artist yet to be announced.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.

Earlier this year it was announced Canadian rockers Nickelback will kick off the festival on June 27, along with The Glorious Sons, Big Wreck and Tenille Townes. The Killers will close out the festival, with Indie pop band Alvvays, electro-pop artist Lights and indie rockers Said The Whale also taking the stage on the final night.
