New Glasgow, N.S., police look for person suspected of stealing $1,000 worth of alcohol

The New Glasgow Regional Police is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest following the theft of alcohol at a local business.

Police say they received a report that a suspect enter the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, located at 610 East River Rd. on Dec. 2, 2025, stole more than $1,000 worth of alcohol and fled the store.

“Police have released an image of the suspect leaving the store in hopes that a member of the public may be able to identify the individual,” read a news release from police.

Police are asking anyone with information related to this incident, or who may be able to identify the person responsible to contact them at 902-752-1941 or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
