Little Jordan Blair is only a few months old, but had never heard his mother’s voice before last week.
The infant failed two newborn hearing tests, then suffered bronchiolitis at three weeks old, causing a fluid build-up in his ears that blocked his hearing.
Last week, Jordan was finally fitted with hearing aids.
