MMA fighter Michael "Venom" Page donned Pokemon gear and rolled a Poke Ball at his defeated opponent in the ring on Saturday, proving that he wants to be the very best like no one ever was.

Page offered up his homage to the popular "Pokemon Go" mobile game after knocking out Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos in the second round of their match at Bellator 158 in London. Page ran to the edge of the ring and put on a red-and-white ballcap from the popular "Pokemon" TV series, then rolled a Poke Ball at the unconscious Santos.

He also raised two fingers in the air to perform a salute from the TV show.

The 29-year-old fighter pulled the stunt at the O2 Arena in his hometown.
