Already at the forefront of innovation in curved screen TVs and smartphones, Samsung will bring the concept to PC monitors in 2015. At CES in January, the manufacturer will present the ATIV One 7 Curved, the world's first curved screen all-in-one PC, with a 27-inch display.

Thanks to its curved shape, the Full HD display (1920x1080 pixels) is able to offer a near-perfect viewing angle of 178°. Enhanced viewing comfort is the main advantage of the screen, which brings the four far corners of the display area closer to the viewer's eye in the center. In terms of components, the PC includes an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM.

The Samsung ATIV One 7 Curved is slated to go on sale in the US in Q1 2015 for USD$1,300.

Samsung has already launched several curved screen TVs since 2013. In 2014, the South Korean manufacturer even released an adjustable curved TV, which allows users to tweak the curvature of the screen using the remote.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, unveiled at IFA 2014, is the world's first curved screen smartphone.
