It was an extra special moment for Adele fans in Toronto on Friday night when a couple got engaged on stage during the singer’s concert.
Adele had her hands covering her mouth, eyes wide in awe as the man standing on the stage dropped down to one knee and asked his girlfriend to marry him. The couple were quiet for a few moments before Adele rushed over with the microphone and asked if the woman was saying yes.
“You got a Tiffany ring! Nice work, nice work,” Adele can be heard telling the couple, patting the man on the back as the crowd clapped.
Adele capped off the moment by hugging the couple and asking, “Should we get a selfie for the moment?”
The show on Friday was Adele’s fourth at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto this week.
